bmurator My first introduction into the Canadian Black Metal group SDG. This is great! There is so much going on and if you like 90's black metal with many modern twists and extras, you *need* this! Canadian black metal is fantastic & SDG are one of the best so ... :)

H.L. I discovered SDG with this album and it is still my favourite. It contains wild and unleashed underground black metal with a cold atmosphere. There are some great tracks like "Deathlike silence", "Through the Veils of Frost" or "Tombworld", but the majestic "Winter Eternal" is the definite highlight of the album, a "11 of 10"-points anthem, which shows, how cold and atmospheric black metal has to sound. Ingenious! Favorite track: Winter Eternal.
